Last Technique Seminar Before the Autumn! 2 Saturdays Only!

Objectives:  Elegance, fluidity and musicality

Areas:  Posture, caminata, dissociation, adornments

Dates: Saturdays 12 and 26 July (anyone who missed the first Saturday, is welcome to join us for the second Saturday!)

Time: 2 pm - 4 pm

Venue: Virgin Active, The Plaza Shopping Centre, 120 Oxford Street, London W1D 1LT (a less than 5 minutes' walk from Tottenham Court Road or Oxford Circus tube station) 

Cost: £45 (or £25 for one session)

Suitable for:  Men and women of improver, intermediate and advanced levels
